Service Description

This is not a downsize. Please select 'downsize' if you wish to downsize your jewellery bar. We only change jewellery for piercings that we offer. We can change to a piece you have purchased elsewhere but please be aware that some jewellery contain 'mystery metals' which we have no way of tracing and could irritate even a fully healed piercing. We will only change to your brought in pieces for fully healed piercings over 8 - 12 months old. (depending on piercing) We can always source you a piece you have seen elsewhere from one of our trusted jewellery manufacturers. Alternatively you can view pieces from our jewellers via our 'jewellery' page.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given if the anatomy for the booked piercing isn’t suitable and the client doesn’t wish to go ahead with an alternative piercing. Appointments can be amended up to 24 hours before the original appointment. If you wish to change your piercing to another whilst at the appointment please let us know upon entering the studio.
